Mike Farniok

Branch Manager

Mike joined Express in February 2024 and quickly made a significant impact on our team. Starting as a Business Relationship Manager, Mike's leadership skills and commitment to excellence led him to take on the role of Branch Manager. His passion for building strong relationships and fostering a positive work environment is evident in everything he does.

Originally from Macomb, he is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending quality time with his wonderful wife, Carla. After relocating to Rushville, they have embraced their new community together, raising their two children, Trevor and Jessica.

Kaitlyn Weidhuner

Employment Specialist

Kaitlyn joined the Express family in the summer of 2025. She thrives helping the people she serves and loves everything the job offers. She truly enjoys getting to know the people she gets to connect with and how the job has helped her grow.

Kaitlyn and her husband moved to Jacksonville three years ago and have loved making it home. However, she’s no stranger having graduated from Illinois College and previously worked at her alma mater as an Event and Marketing Manager.

Outside of work you can find Kaitlyn spending time with her family. She also has a corgi she adores, training her has become one of her favorite pastimes.

Brittany Carl

Employment Specialist

Brittany Carl is passionate about helping people find meaningful work while supporting the success of local businesses. What drew her to Express was the opportunity to build relationships, make a positive impact in the community, and connect the right people with the right opportunities. She finds it incredibly rewarding to help job seekers take the next step in their careers while partnering with employers to meet their staffing needs.

Originally from the Jacksonville area, Brittany values being able to serve the community she calls home. She takes pride in helping individuals discover opportunities that can make a real difference in their lives and careers.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and young adult son, making memories outdoors with her niece and nephew, and tackling home improvement projects—especially knocking out walls and transforming spaces. She also loves decorating and organizing, finding creativity and relaxation in creating functional, beautiful spaces.

Employment Specialist

Cindy is an Employment Specialist at our Jacksonville location, where she plays a vital role in connecting job seekers with exciting opportunities. With a keen understanding of the local job market, she is dedicated to helping candidates navigate their career paths and find positions that align with their skills and aspirations.

Known for her approachable demeanor and strong communication skills, Cindy takes pride in building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Her commitment to understanding the unique needs of each individual ensures successful placements that benefit everyone involved.

Grant Duesterhaus

Grant is a proud Jacksonville native who brings eight years of sales experience to our team. Most recently, he spent 2025 working with another Express office in Fort Worth, Texas, where he continued building his skills and gaining valuable perspective outside of his hometown. After nearly three years away, Grant was excited to return home and put his experience to work in a community that means so much to him.

Coming from a close-knit family of four, Grant values time spent with his loved ones and especially enjoys being an uncle to his nephew. Those family connections, along with his passion for helping others, make him a natural fit for our organization.

What Grant appreciates most about Jacksonville is the strong sense of togetherness and the way people truly look out for one another. His time away only reinforced how special this community is — and how much it will always feel like home. We’re thrilled to have Grant as part of our team!

Lori Eddings

Front Office Coordinator

Lori is a lifelong resident of Morgan County, where she attended Jacksonville High School and later earned her associate’s degree in marketing and management from Illinois Central College. While at JHS, she proudly played on the State Championship Varsity Volleyball team, showcasing her dedication and teamwork from an early age.

With 16 years of experience in sales and marketing within the long-term healthcare industry, Lori was ready for a change. Her extensive background and passion for connecting with others made her a great fit for our organization!

Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending time with her two grown daughters and her partner, Rod. She cherishes moments snuggling with her beloved dog, Riley, whom she affectionately refers to as the "son she never had." Lori's warm spirit and commitment make her a wonderful addition to our team!
