Customer Service Representative
Jacksonville, IL | Full-Time | $16–$17/hr

A well-established, family-owned company in Jacksonville, IL is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their office team. This role is a key point of contact for customers, helping to ensure orders are accurate and issues are resolved quickly. The environment is professional, supportive, and stable, with room to grow.

Schedule Options:

  • Monday–Friday

  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers in your assigned regional territory

  • Coordinate and manage customer orders and inquiries via phone, email, mail, and Live Chat

  • Provide product and service information, and resolve any issues that arise with current or future orders

  • Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Use multiple systems to process orders and maintain accurate records

  • Previous customer service experience in an office, call center, or order-processing environment

  • Comfortable handling phone and email communications with customers

  • Strong attention to detail while working with multiple systems
