Customer Support Representative
Location: Jacksonville, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $16/hour
A well-established company in Jacksonville, IL is hiring a Customer Support Representative to support customers throughout the order process while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services

Process orders and inquiries via phone, email, mail, and live chat
-
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
-
Act as a liaison between customers, Sales Representatives, and internal teams
-
Maintain assigned regional territories
-
Coordinate with Processing and Shipping departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Qualifications:
-
Previous customer service experience in an office, call center, or order-processing environment

Experience handling phone and email communications
-
Ability to work in multiple systems with strong attention to detail

General business knowledge preferred
Education & Experience:
-
High School Diploma required
-
Some college preferred
-
Prior CSR experience strongly preferred

Business or Education degree helpful
