We are hiring a dependable Cook to join a team at a local residential treatment facility that provides meals for residents 7 days a week. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured kitchen work and takes pride in preparing quality meals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve three daily meals for residents
- Assist with food prep and kitchen organization
- Operate industrial kitchen equipment, including dishwasher
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety guidelines
- Support overall kitchen operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Food Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with facility requirements
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
