Manufacturing Team Lead – Hands-On Role
Location: Meredosia, IL
Pay: $45,000 – $55,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are hiring a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, working alongside their team, and driving meaningful improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the production team, spending most of your time on the floor
- Oversee blending and manufacturing processes
- Drive safety, quality, and production goals
- Lead improvement initiatives, including:
- Equipment and system upgrades
- Railcar loading improvements
- Facility cleanliness and process efficiency
- Complete basic reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience (polymers, plastics, chemical, or similar industry preferred)
- 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead projects and improve operational processes
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing setting (may be dusty or dirty at times)
- Physical, hands-on work environment
