We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Teller to provide exceptional service to our customers while processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to bank customers.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and balance cash drawers daily.
- Answer customer questions and assist with banking needs.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries and services.
- Support branch operations and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn teller transaction systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
