About the Role
A manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance, support CMMS accuracy, and improve overall equipment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work orders
- Maintain and update CMMS data
- Create detailed work plans for preventive and corrective tasks
- Support parts purchasing for maintenance needs
- Lead daily/weekly planning meetings
- Review maintenance reports and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures
What You Bring
- Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required; technical training preferred
Physical Requirements
Standing/walking 50% of shift, bending/kneeling, using hand tools, and lifting 25–35 lbs as needed.
