Inside Operations Manager

Katie is our Inside Operations Manager at Express Employment Professionals. She joined the team in January 2022 and has been an integral part of our success ever since. Katie loves working for Express because she thrives on challenges and embraces new opportunities for growth.

A true people person, she finds joy in helping others succeed and building strong connections. Before joining Express, Katie served as an Activity Director at a nursing home, where her passion for people and leadership truly shined.

Front Officer Coordinator

Deb joined Express In January 2016. As the FOC for the NK office, my job is to welcome all applicants and visitors promptly with a great greeting, I also answer the phones, and document Inquiry calls. When the candidate comes in to the office I make sure all the electronic and paper documents are completed and any other tests are completed that is necessary to get them working.

The list is long for the total job description of my job so let’s just say, the FOC wears many hats and is very supportive of the Employment Specialist. I love to Read and Travel, my weekends are filled with being with my family. My favorite snack would be Cheeto’s!

With nearly a decade of recruiting experience, Erica is deeply passionate about connecting the right candidate with the right opportunity. She finds nothing more rewarding than helping others take meaningful steps toward their lifelong goals through the power of a great job match.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved fur baby, Teddy. She also has a creative side and loves crafting, decorating, and planning parties—any excuse to get imaginative and bring people together.

Nicole Kunkle

Business Development

Nicole joined Express in August 2025 as a Business Development Representative with a strong background in managing everything from marketing campaigns to construction projects. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs in construction, landscaping, and property management, I understand what it takes to keep a business thriving.

I am passionate about helping the businesses I work with succeed while prioritizing safety, supported by my OSHA 30 certification. My experience allows me to build meaningful partnerships and deliver solutions that drive growth. Outside of work, I enjoy crafting and caring for large properties, which keeps me creative and grounded.

Becca Pearson

AP/AR Payroll Corrdinator

Becca joined Express in April 2017 and serves as our Payroll Coordinator and Accounts Receivable Specialist. Her keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills keep operations running smoothly.

Becca believes a day without laughter is a day wasted, and she brings that positive outlook to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Tinker Belle and Pepper Oni, reading and making memories with family and friends.
