Katie Smith

Senior Account Manager - Light Industrial

Katie joined Express in January of 2022. She loves working for Express because she enjoys a challenge and new opportunities for growth. Katie is also a big people person, and loves to see others succeed! Prior to working for Express, Katie was an Activity Director at a nursing home.

When not working, Katie enjoys watching suspenseful Netflix shows and spending time with her son and watching him play football. Go Wolves!

Recruiting Specialist - Light Industrial

Shanell joined our Express team in August 2018. She started her customer service background in 2014 while attending McHenry County College to further her education. Her passion for helping people is what drives her to be successful in her role as a Recruiting Specialist.

In her free time she likes spending time with her family.

Debbie Cronin

Front Office Coordinator

Debbie came to Express in January 2016 as our Front Office Coordinator and has become a staple to our North Kane office. In addition to being our Front Office Coordinator, Debbie helps to keep us organized and on track. Before Express, Debbie was an Assistant Manager for 10 years at AmeriCenter Executive Office Suites.

In her spare time Debbie likes to spend time with her family and friends. She also loves to travel, read and golf.

Becca Pearson

Accounts Receivable / Payroll Administrator

Becca joined the Express team in April of 2017. Prior to starting at Express, Becca worked at Family Video for six years. There she found her passion of wanting to help others. Starting off as an Onboarding Coordinator at Express, Becca helped to support our Onsite Managers and quickly grew into an Employment Specialist. After a few short months, Becca found her true calling in the Payroll Department and began her payroll journey in January 2018. This role includes many hats and keeps her very busy but she loves that she gets to make a difference every day.

Outside of work Becca enjoys reading and playing with her dogs, Tinker Belle & Pepper Oni.

Account Manager - Light Industrial

With nearly a decade of recruiting experience, Erica is deeply passionate about connecting the right candidate with the right opportunity. She finds nothing more rewarding than helping others take meaningful steps toward their lifelong goals through the power of a great job match.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved fur baby, Teddy. She also has a creative side and loves crafting, decorating, and planning parties—any excuse to get imaginative and bring people together.
