Marketing Communications Coordinator
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to lead trade show execution and support integrated marketing initiatives across print, digital, and video platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent brand messaging while supporting sales and product promotion efforts.
Pay: $65,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multiple annual trade shows and marketing events
- Coordinate vendors, booth layouts, logistics, shipping, and show services
- Develop and edit marketing content for print, email, web, and digital platforms
- Support product promotions and brand consistency initiatives
- Coordinate and edit short-form marketing and promotional videos
- Track budgets and assist with post-event performance reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–6 years of marketing experience (B2B or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Trade show coordination experience
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
