Our client located in Carpentersville, IL is looking for 2nd Shift Light Machine Operators to help support peak production. No experience necessary. Candidates must be available to work mandatory overtime during this busy season. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity—start your new career today!

In This Position, You Will:

• Operate assigned equipment safely to meet required hourly production rates.
• Monitor machine operation, perform first-piece and in-process inspections, and record results using gauges and measuring tools.
• Run machines per shop orders and drawings, performing piercing, bending, and forming on pre-set equipment; identify defects or equipment issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, engage safety devices, assist with material handling as needed, and communicate issues to setup or supervision.
