Customer Fulfillment / Logistics Coordinator
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing, entrepreneurial consumer products company in the North Kane County area seeking a Customer Fulfillment / Logistics Coordinator.

?? Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders across multiple accounts
- Coordinate shipments, tracking, and delivery confirmation
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and issues
- Utilize customer web portals and internal systems for order processing
- Support Amazon customer orders and EDI trading partners
- Perform light inventory receiving, storing, packing, and shipping
- Maintain accurate records using CRM/ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure fulfillment accuracy
Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- Experience with customer order processing preferred
- Amazon customer order experience a plus
- NetSuite or CRM/ERP experience a plus
- Domestic logistics and EDI knowledge a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
