Job Title: Inspection I Associate
City and State: Huntley, IL
Pay Rate: 18.50-21.00/hr
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Summary:
The Inspection I Associate supports product quality and manufacturing operations by performing inspections, verifying product conformance, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and components
- Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify specifications
- Interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements to ensure product accuracy
- Document inspection results and report nonconforming materials (NCRs)
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T principles
- Experience using precision measurement tools and inspection equipment
- Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude in a manufacturing environment
