Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Schedule/Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM/ 2nd shift

Summary:
Perform intermediate-level maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on manufacturing and packaging equipment. Support safe, efficient production operations by minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical systems (conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and process equipment).
- Execute preventive maintenance (PMs) on production lines, utilities, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Assist with equipment setups, changeovers, adjustments, and basic electrical/pneumatic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate documentation, follow safety protocols (LOTO, GMP, FDA), and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Basic to intermediate mechanical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of electrical components (motors, sensors, switches) and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
