Job Title: Reach Forklift Operator
City and State: Elgin, IL
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp to hire

Responsibilities:
- order picking
- Load and unload freight as needed
- Stock and organize warehouse shelving units
- Wrap and stage products for shipment
- Operate a reach truck to move materials throughout the facility
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of reach truck (forklift) experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a distribution or warehouse setting preferred
