Job Title: Debur / Janitor

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Summary:
Provide day-to-day general shop cleaning and organization, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment across the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general shop cleaning including floors, machine tools, and work areas.
- Remove trash, sweep, and operate power floor cleaning equipment.
- Clean parts, including deburring and sanding as needed.
- Maintain organization of tools, materials, and shop areas.
- Conduct outdoor trash pickup and assist with light office cleaning.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Self-motivated with strong multitasking, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
