Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime based on workload or emergency calls)
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Summary:
Seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge, and the ability to respond to emergency service needs when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and service HVAC equipment and systems.
- Respond to emergency and after-hours service calls as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
- Identify equipment issues and perform effective repairs and maintenance.
- Provide professional customer service while working at residential and commercial job sites.
Qualifications:
- Previous HVAC Service Technician or HVAC Installer experience preferred.
- EPA Certification required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC schematics and technical drawings.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
