Pay Rate: $18-$22 Based on Experience (Client is flexible on salary and focused on finding the right candidate)
Schedule/Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday, Incremental and Saturday OT as necessary

Summary:
Our client in the Huntley, IL area is seeking a skilled Assembler/Polisher to join their tooling and manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling and polishing tooling and mold components, verifying quality and fit, and preparing finished products for shipment while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machine tools to fabricate and assemble tooling and mold components.
- Review work orders, blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine materials, procedures, and sequence of operations.
- Fit and assemble finished parts, making minor modifications to ensure proper alignment and proper fit.
- Inspect completed tooling and mold components to verify quality standards are met.
- Plan, prepare, package, and secure finished products for shipment using boxes, crates, or skids.
Qualifications:
- Experience in assembly, polishing, tooling, mold making, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail and quality.
- Experience using hand tools, measuring instruments, and machine tools.
- Ability to work independently and follow established safety procedures.
