Job Title: General Labor

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: 1st Shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Summary:
Seeking a dependable General Labor associate to support production operations in the Wash Machine Department. This position is responsible for handling glass products, maintaining production standards, inspecting finished parts, and packaging completed products while working in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Seam glass edges along a seaming belt and load/unload glass parts from the production line.
- Inspect glass parts for quality and measure products as needed to ensure specifications are met.
- Maintain required production cycle times and report production output and defects.
- Package finished glass products into boxes for shipment.
- Follow safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) months of manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions and workplace standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions using sound judgment and common sense.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work with glass products, and lift up to 35 pounds.
