Job Title: Warehouse Associate
City and State: Elgin, IL
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: 1st Shift, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM
Employment Type: Evaluation to Hire
Summary:
Join a growing warehouse team supporting the distribution of products used across a variety of industries. This position focuses on order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pack and prepare 300-400 orders daily while meeting productivity goals.
- Stage products and accurately label outbound shipments.
- Organize inventory and assist with receiving and shipping activities.
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean workstation and support additional warehouse needs as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse experience.
- Previous experience operating sit-down and reach forklifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production goals.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely.
