Job Title: Assemblers
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Employment Type: Evaluation Hire
Summary:
We are seeking Assemblers to support production operations through box assembly and kitting activities. This role involves working with paper and plastic materials in a warehouse setting and offers long-term, evaluation-to-hire opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble boxes according to production requirements.
- Perform kitting and packaging tasks.
- Work with paper and plastic materials during assembly processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow workplace safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly experience preferred.
- Kitting experience is a plus.
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift 5-15 pounds throughout the shift.
- English communication skills required.
