A client who is offering services such as warehousing, freight forwarding, intermodal transport, and project logistics. Their Bedford Park facility serves as a regional hub, supporting supply chain operations across the Midwest is need of an accounting candidate.
Tittle: Accounting
Location: Bedford Park, IL
Pay rate: up to $25hr
Hours: 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with month-end reporting
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures
- Support financial audits and reconciliations
- Use accounting software (e.g., SAP)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
