Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a carpet and flooring company in the Back of the Yards area. This role involves providing exceptional service to clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth order processing for flooring products and services.

Hours:

• Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:00pm

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, and scheduling
• Process orders accurately and update customer accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or office support preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
