Compensation
Base Salary + Commission
First-year expected earnings: $45,000–$55,000
Earnings increase as you grow your client base and expand your book of business. As your relationships strengthen and your placements grow, so does your commission potential.
What You’ll Do
Client Relationship Building & Business Growth
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with local businesses at all decision‑making levels.
- Promote Express services to both new and existing clients to grow your client base.
- Identify hiring needs and recommend staffing solutions that deliver value.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing and resolving concerns promptly.
Candidate Recruiting & Matching
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for a wide variety of roles.
- Match candidates to client needs based on skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Manage job postings, advertising strategies, and applicant pipelines.
- Ensure all onboarding and documentation are completed accurately.
Sales & Outreach
- Maintain a strong, confident phone presence.
- Conduct regular outreach calls to promote candidates, open positions, and Express services.
- Follow up consistently with clients and prospects to drive opportunities.
Office & Administrative Support
- Greet and assist onsite guests and answer inbound calls.
- Draft correspondence and maintain organized records.
- Schedule interviews, client meetings, and candidate appointments.
- Support team goals through communication and collaboration.
What You Bring
- Experience in staffing, HR, recruiting, customer service, sales, or office administration preferred.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem‑solve in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- A positive, accountable, team‑focused attitude.
- Sales or business development experience is a plus.
