Strap Line Helper
?? Bridgeview, IL ?? 1st Shift | 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM | Monday–Friday
We’re hiring a reliable Strap Line Helper to support production and material movement on the strap line. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and staying busy throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with strapping, bundling, and securing product on the line.

Move materials and finished goods throughout the production area.

Inspect product for quality and accuracy before strapping.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

Support machine operators and follow all safety procedures.

Perform general labor tasks as needed to keep production running smoothly.
Requirements

Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.

Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout a 12-hour shift.

Prior warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.
