Job Full Description
We are currently seeking experienced Production Associates for a corrugated paper packaging facility in Bedford Park. Candidates must have prior production or manufacturing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Hours
Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm
Responsibilities
- Load and unload products from production feeders
- Pack finished products into sleeves
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Assemble boxes and build skids
- Operate and assist with production machinery as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and operating procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Production/manufacturing experience required
- Machine operating experience required
- Corrugated paper packaging experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to learn and follow safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work overtime as required during peak production periods
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and identifying hazards
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must pass a criminal background check
