Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Production Support & IT Specialist to support daily operations by managing systems, tracking tools, and providing hands-on IT support. This role blends production coordination, data tracking, and technical support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain tracking and planning platforms (Smartsheets, Google Suite)
• Ensure data accuracy, organization, and accessibility across systems
• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for production tracking
• Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain laptops, tablets, and PCs
• Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues as needed
• Support internal teams with tools that improve communication and accountability

Qualifications

• Strong IT support and troubleshooting experience (hardware/software)
• Advanced skills in Excel/spreadsheets and data management
• Experience with Smartsheets, Google Suite, or similar tools preferred
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Experience supporting production or operations teams is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
