We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals for Kick Press Operator / General Labor roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves operating foot-pedal press machines and supporting general production tasks. This is a repetitive, light industrial role ideal for candidates who are comfortable with routine work and meeting production goals.

Shift: Monday-THURSDAY, 6am-4:30pm, possible OT Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Operate kick press machine by placing parts, pressing foot pedal, and completing forming process
• Maintain consistent production pace (approximately 150–350 parts per hour)
• Inspect parts for quality and place finished products into bins
• Assist with packing, sorting, and organizing springs from production machines
• Load and arrange springs for grinding or placement on tacky boards as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy
• Comfortable working in seated or standing positions for extended periods
• Ability to follow instructions from department leads
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a production environment

Physical Requirements

• Frequent use of hands and foot pedal (similar to a car brake)
• Ability to handle small parts (typically under 1 lb., often under 3 oz.)
• Repetitive motion throughout shift
• Ability to sit or stand depending on assignment
