A growing foam manufacturing company in Southwest Chicago is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking and is interested in expanding their skill set into areas such as accounts receivable and purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups
• Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Communicate with internal teams (production, shipping, etc.) to coordinate orders
• Maintain customer records and update information in company systems
• Assist with resolving customer issues and providing excellent service
• Support administrative tasks as needed

Growth Opportunities:

• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing and collections
• Support purchasing activities, such as placing and tracking orders
• Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
