Position Overview

The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of residential and/or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
• Inspect properties to identify needed repairs or safety concerns
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements

• Previous property maintenance or related experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must live within 30 minutes of Palos Hills for emergency on-call situations
