Express Employment Professionals – Oak Lawn is currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for an established auto parts wholesaler in South Holland.

Position Overview

This role is primarily phone-based, assisting customers with orders, inquiries, and product information. There is also some in-person interaction with walk-in customers, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Assist customers with auto parts inquiries, pricing, and order placement
• Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively assist customers

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required (call center or retail preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn order systems
• Experience in auto parts or automotive industry is a plus
