Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Patient Liaison Representative for a client located in SW Chicago, IL. This role is focused on supporting Emergency Room discharge processes and serving as a key point of contact for patients.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with ER discharge coordination
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and families
- Handle and follow up on workers’ compensation claims
- Manage cases involving personal injury and liability claims
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with workers' compensation claims is required
- Experience handling personal injury/liability claims
- Comfortable speaking directly with patients and handling sensitive situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual preferred:Spanish or Arabic speaking
