Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Epic Super User to support a client’s healthcare operations. This part-time role offers flexibility and is ideal for someone with strong revenue cycle and accounts receivable expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within the Epic EMR system to support daily operations
• Assist with revenue cycle management processes
• Handle accounts receivable (AR) functions, including follow-ups and issue resolution
• Provide system support and guidance as a Super User for Epic
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient billing and collections

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an AR Specialist (required)
• Hands-on experience with Epic EMR system
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycles
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time schedule
