A growing construction and flooring-related business in the South Holland area is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support warehouse, installation, and job site operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team-focused environment.

Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Prepare and clean work areas, warehouse spaces, and job sites
• Help with material handling and inventory organization
• Support installation crews as needed
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform general labor and warehouse duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
