Warehouse Worker

Location: Chicago, IL (Back of the Yards Area)
Pay Rate: $17.05 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Summary

A well-established flooring distributor is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to join its team. This position involves handling flooring materials, preparing orders, receiving shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload flooring materials and related products
• Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
• Receive and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
• Operate warehouse equipment as trained

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
