Job Full Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse and assembly operations in the Chicago area at a contract chemical manufacturer.
Location: in Ford City, 79th & Pulaski
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Oversee, direct, and supervise daily assembly activities
- Lead and support assembly line operations
- Create and maintain shipping labels through data entry
- Ensure all orders are completed and shipped on schedule each day
- Coordinate workflow and maintain productivity standards
- Monitor quality and accuracy of completed work
- Communicate effectively with warehouse team members and management
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong computer skills required
- Experience with data entry and shipping documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Dependable and punctual attendance
