Parts Professional / Warehouse Associate - Airport Operations

A leading provider of ground support equipment (GSE) parts and airport-related inventory solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to support airline maintenance operations. This position involves inventory management, parts fulfillment, order processing, and warehouse support in a fast-paced airport environment. 

Available Shifts

Airport operations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and candidates must be flexible with scheduling. 

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Scheduling Requirements

Because this is a 24/7 operation, days off may vary and could include:

• Tuesday & Wednesday
• Thursday & Friday
• Saturday & Sunday

Flexibility is required for both shift assignment and scheduled days off.

To be considered, all candidates must:

• Pass a 10-Year Criminal Background Check
• Pass a 10-Panel Drug Screen
• No THC/Marijuana Allowed. Candidates testing positive for THC will not qualify for employment.
• Be eligible to obtain and maintain airport security clearance. 

Job Responsibilities

• Support airline maintenance teams through parts distribution and inventory control. 
• Perform parts lookup, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment. 
• Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records. 
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. 
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with additional operational duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

• Warehouse, inventory, logistics, or parts experience preferred. 
• Strong organizational and computer skills. 
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment. 
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
