Job Full Description
A growing packaging and manufacturing company in Bedford Park is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations on 2nd shift. This position involves material handling, inventory support, equipment operation, and product movement in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials safely throughout the facility
- Load, unload, and transport products as needed
- Use computer systems to look up inventory information and search product codes
- Maintain organized inventory and warehouse storage areas
- Prepare materials for production and shipping
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to speak and understand basic English
- Basic computer skills, including searching and looking up codes
- Previous forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
