Universal Banker Opportunity – Morris, IL | $16–$18/hr (based off experience)
We're hiring a Universal Banker to join a team in Morris, IL! If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and ready to grow your skills in the financial world, this full-time opportunity could be the perfect next step.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (occasional 6 PM)

What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with customers and help match them with the right banking products
- Handle daily transactions – deposits, loan payments, check cashing, etc.
- Open new accounts and assist with basic lending services
- Maintain cash drawer and balance ATMs (some local travel required)
- Support branch operations including vault, opening/closing procedures
