Xavier enjoys the unique opportunity to directly contribute to the success of both Express and many local businesses, helping his community grow and thrive.

Outside of work, he is hands-on in managing his own business, which operates in two different states to set up bounce houses and bring a fun energy to events. During his busy weeks, even Xavier finds himself turning to Express Employment for staffing support he needs.

Operations Manager & Office Services Specialist - Morris Branch

With four years of dedicated service at Express Employment, Bre leads the Morris branch with a focus on leadership and support. Known for her ability to guide the team through challenges and help them consistently meet and exceed goals, her leadership style centers around empowering her colleagues to succeed. Whether it’s providing the support needed to tackle a difficult task or celebrating the small victories, she is always there to ensure everyone is moving forward as a team.

Bre’s passion for her work stems from her love of Express’ culture and ability to make a difference in people’s lives. She finds great fulfillment in helping connect local job seekers with the perfect opportunity. For Bre, it’s not just about staffing – it’s about changing lives in her community.

When not at the office, Bre enjoys traveling both for fun and to watch her famous sister and their racing team. Spending time with her family recharges her battery to continue leading the team.

Michael Peters

Skilled Trades Recruiter 

With over 1.5 years of experience at Express Employment, Michael specializes in recruiting for our skilled trades sector; focusing on those top-dollar, hard-to-find candidates that require patience and persistence to secure. His expertise in filling these challenging roles have made him an essential part of the team and community, helping to match top talent with businesses in critical need.

Michael loves working at Express because it offers the opportunity to learn something new every day, and the chance to directly contribute to the growth of candidates and local businesses alike. He is passionate about making a meaningful impact within the community, whether its helping associates find jobs or finding businesses the best talent.

In addition to his work, Michael is pursuing a bachelor’s in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from the University of St. Francis, and is set to graduate in December of 2024.

When he’s not recruiting, Michael channels his creativity into designing and acting, bringing haunted attractions to life and giving back to his community. In 2023, he was honored with the “Making a difference” award from Shorewood HUGS for his contributions to support local families in Grundy and Will county.

With just over two years at Express Employment, Kelly is known for her creativity and dedication to community involvement. She is passionate about spreading the word about Express Employment in a positive light, and strives to ensure that both job seekers and businesses in the community know that Express is their go-to resource for all their employment needs. 

Kelly is driven by the desire to support her team in achieving their goals while building strong relationships within the local community. She loves working for Express because it allows her to live out her dream job while contributing to the growth and success of the area. Being part of a team that shares a genuine commitment to helping the community makes her work feel even more rewarding. 

Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, taking walks or drives in the sunset, and spending quality time with her loved ones, including her two cats. As an arts and crafts enthusiast, Kelly also loves to thrift for antiques and collect unique rocks.

Her competitive spirit pushes her to encourage those around her to be their best while working toward shared success. 

Nicole is passionate about connecting with people and learning how different businesses operate. She loves the excitement of building relationships and making a real impact in the community. Her goal is to help the team hit gold circle of excellence and continue building on their success. 

Outside of work, Nicole spends her time traveling, exploring new experiences, and enjoying activities with her two boys. With a background in Business Management, she brings a fresh perspective and a passion for growth to the team.
