Position Title: Outside Sales Rep
Location: Streator, IL
Pay: $15.00-16.00/hour PLUS commission
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional Hours: Required to work 1–2 Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated, customer focused Inside Sales Rep to join a growing inside sales team in Streator, IL. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue, building relationships, and delivering an outstanding sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services

Proactively drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and closing on opportunities

Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies to support sales conversations

Accurately document all customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups in the system

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:

Strong sales mindset with excellent communication and persuasion skills

Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed performance targets

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in customer service sales

Proficient with basic computer systems and typing
