Location: Spring Valley, IL
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Three-day weekends!)
Pay: $17.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

Assist with assembly and general shop tasks in a hands-on environment

Support in wiring electrical connectors for underwater equipment

Learn to operate a lathe machine (training provided if no prior experience)

Read and interpret technical drawings, machine schematics, and electrical diagrams
-
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
-
Take accurate measurements using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
-
Occasionally assist with outdoor maintenance tasks (pond/yard-related)

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
-
Follow safety guidelines and work collaboratively with team members
Ideal Candidate
-
Age 18 or older
-
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-
Willing to learn and take initiative
-
Comfortable with manual labor and occasional heavy lifting
-
Experience in electrical, construction, machining, or general labor is a plus
-
Ability to drive a forklift is a plus, but not required
-
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
-
Familiarity with electrical schematics, BOMs, and electrical meters is a bonus
