Express Employment is Hiring – Apartment Maintenance Helper (Entry-Level)
Location: Ottawa, Il
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established property management company in need of reliable Maintenance Helpers to assist with basic apartment unit repairs and upkeep. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals looking to get hands-on experience in building maintenance.
Job Duties:

Change light bulbs and basic lighting fixtures

Fix leaky faucets and perform light plumbing repairs

Assist with painting and touch-up work

Lift and move furniture or appliances as needed

Perform other light maintenance and repair tasks around units

Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:

Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable with basic tools

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Willingness to learn and assist with various maintenance needs

Dependable and punctual with good communication skills

Previous maintenance or handyman experience is a plus but not required
