Now Hiring: Night Shift Machine Operators – Ottawa, IL
Pay: $19 per hour| 12-Hour Shifts | Night Shift | Full-Time
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established manufacturing company in Ottawa, IL, and we are actively seeking experienced and reliable Machine Operators to join their night shift team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a manufacturing background who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for stable, long-term employment.
Schedule:

Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

2-2-3 Rotating Schedule, including every other weekend

Must be available to train on day shift
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery in a high-speed manufacturing environment

Perform quality checks and troubleshoot mechanical issues
-
Lift heavy materials safely and efficiently throughout the shift

Work as part of a team to meet production goals and maintain a safe workspace
Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience required

Must be able to perform heavy lifting

Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues

Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
-
Must be comfortable working rotating weekends and 12-hour shifts
