Job Summary:
We’re seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join a busy retail team in Peru, IL. This role involves assisting customers on the sales floor, managing basic data entry tasks, and handling incoming calls with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with purchases, product questions, and returns

Provide exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone

Support retail floor operations including restocking and organizing merchandise

Perform basic data entry to support inventory and sales tracking

Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Qualifications:
