Now Hiring – General Labor / Production Workers
Location: Peru, IL
Pay: $19.50/hour to start | Up to $23.50/hour + $1 Night Shift Differential upon hire

Position Details:

• Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts

  • Must be open to days (7AM – 7PM) and nights (7PM – 7AM)

  • Includes rotating weekends

• Pay Rate:

  • $19.50/hour starting pay

  • Up to $23.50/hour upon hire

  • $1/hour night shift differential once hired on

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks including:

  • Production work

  • Stacking boards

  • Heavy lifting

  • Rotating through different departments as needed

• Work as part of a team-oriented environment

• Maintain excellent attendance

• Work in dry and hot/humid conditions (environment varies)

Requirements:

• Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting

• Willing to work rotating shifts and weekends

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment

• Team player with a strong work ethic
