Job Duties/ Requirements:

Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate seven landscaping crews, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs to standardize operations and maintain consistency across all teams.

Training & Development: Conduct training sessions on equipment use, safety protocols, and landscaping best practices to enhance team skills and compliance.

Project Oversight: Assist in planning and executing landscaping projects, providing guidance and resources as needed to ensure successful completion.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction with services.

Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, control labor costs, and manage material expenses to ensure profitability.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets or exceeds company and client standards, proactively addressing any issues.

Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and training to minimize accidents and ensure compliance with industry and legal standards.
