Position Details:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Occasional Saturdays required (mandatory during peak demand)

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Job Responsibilities:

Bagging large quantities of fertilizer

Consistent heavy lifting and physical labor

Working in a dusty/dirty environment

Maintaining a strong pace and work ethic throughout long shifts

Ensuring worksite cleanliness and safety
Requirements:

Ability to perform manual labor in physically demanding conditions

Comfortable with dirty, dusty environments

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Able to lift 50+ lbs consistently

Steel-toe boots required
