Now Hiring: General Laborer – Morris, IL
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a company in Morris, IL that is actively seeking skilled and reliable general laborers. This position involves consistent heavy lifting in a dusty environment, so candidates must be physically capable and dependable.
Job Responsibilities:

Dispense raw materials and monitor the production process

Dump 100-pound bags into wheelbarrows and transport to processing machines
-
Operate processing equipment to mix product
-
Repackage finished product into 8-pound bags and boxes
-
Palletize boxed product for shipping

Perform quality checks and basic product testing

Maintain clean work areas and equipment

Operate forklifts (if certified)

Assist with packaging and preparing goods for shipment
Qualifications:
-
Comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs)

Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing settings preferred

Ability to work in dusty environments
-
Reliable and punctual
-
Forklift experience is a plus
