Location: La Salle, IL
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Temporary

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized Temporary Maintenance Clerk to support our maintenance department. This role involves data entry, vendor communication, and inventory updates, as well as general administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate data in the company database

• Interface with vendors to place orders, confirm deliveries, and resolve issues

• Update and track inventory records

• Order department materials and supplies as needed

• Screen and direct incoming calls

• Handle confidential data with discretion

• Assemble information, set up, and maintain organized filing systems

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other software such as Adobe and Internet browsers

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work with confidential information

• Detail-oriented and reliable
