Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, occasional weekend covered.
Job Duties:
- Load dry grain into trucks using approved equipment and techniques.
- Transfer liquid fertilizer by operating pumps, valves, piping, and automated systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, employing the proper tools.
- Climb and descend ladders on barges, trucks, towers, and platforms in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain facility and grounds cleanliness, following established housekeeping standards.
- Support in-house projects and mechanical repairs as needed.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Technical abilities in areas like electrical work, welding, troubleshooting, or automation are advantageous.
- Adherence to a preventative maintenance program through scheduled inspections is expected.
- Prior experience at a fertilizer terminal is considered a plus.
